What I do
My name is Danielle. Before founding Drop Anchor, I worked within Barclays Bank for 21 years in roles centred on business relationship management, leadership, coaching, performance and training.
My approach will particularly help with neurodivergent founders or sole traders who need a sense check, help structuring a workable business plan or grant and lending application preparation.
Together, we slow things down, talk things through, and create a living business plan that helps you move forward and is easy to review and grow as you progress. This is calm, human support focused on clarity, steadiness and real life.
I am in the Durham, in the Northeast of England if you would prefer a local point of view and a visit to your premises. I do however work with Google Meets if you are further away or that is more convenient.

To get started, Drop Anchor offers a complimentary, relaxed call or message. There is no need for any preparation, simply reach out when you are ready.

Once we have established the best way forward we will book it in at a time convenient for you.
I will then listen, relate back to make sure I have understood fully and we will explore next steps for you together.

This document will equip you with clear guidance and the assurance required to move forward with confidence. The structured plan will act as a roadmap, setting out your objectives and the actions needed to achieve them, ensuring you possess both the confidence and direction to progress effectively.
