FAQ 1
Question:
Do I need to have a clear idea or plan before contacting you?
Answer:
No. You don’t need a clear idea, the right words, or a finished plan. Many people come to me feeling unsure, messy or stuck and that’s a completely valid place to start.
FAQ 2
Question:
Is this coaching or consulting?
Answer:
This process is collaborative and practical. Instead of giving direct advice or taking a directive stance, I work with you to make sense of what is on your mind and to shape practical strategies. The focus is on partnership, supporting you as you uncover direction and solutions suited to your circumstances.
FAQ 3
Question:
Do you work with people who are neurodivergent or find planning difficult?
Answer:
Yes. I work in ways that are flexible, calm and adaptable. You don’t need to label yourself, the work is shaped around how you think, process information and manage energy.
FAQ 4
Question:
How do we get started?
Answer:
You can send me a message or email, or book a free, no pressure call. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance, we’ll take it from there together.
FAQ 5
Question:
What if I’m not sure this is the right support for me?
Answer:
That’s completely okay. The first conversation is about seeing whether it feels like a good fit for both of us. There’s no obligation to continue if it doesn’t feel right.
