Terms of Service

Drop Anchor provides business planning and clarity support. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice.

All services are collaborative and based on shared responsibility. Outcomes depend on many factors outside of Drop Anchor’s control, including client decisions and circumstances.

Support is provided within agreed scopes and timeframes. Drop Anchor does not offer emergency or crisis support.

Payment terms, scope of work, and cancellation policies will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Drop Anchor reserves the right to pause or end work if boundaries are not respected or if the work is no longer a good fit for either party.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

Payment details, including fees and payment method, will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Work may be paused if payment is overdue.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Where possible, sessions cancelled with enough notice can be rescheduled.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may still be chargeable, except in exceptional circumstances.

For ongoing or retained work, notice periods and payment terms will be agreed in advance as part of the arrangement.

I understand that life and capacity can change, and I aim to approach cancellations and changes with fairness and care wherever possible.
